The Deputy Minister of Investment and Market Development of Omid Investments Bank evaluated the plan of the  Securities and Exchange Organization to inject 24,000 billion Tomans into the capital market in improving this market.

Tehran, Apr. 19 (SENA)-Ehsan Askari told the Securities and Exchange News Agency (Sena): the entry of financial resources to buy shares from the heart of the market can improve the market trend.

He added: "Considering the value of many stocks due to production and sales reports submitted in the last six months, injecting liquidity can give investors the assurance that stocks are not for sale at these prices and buy, especially with a one-year view."

The capital market expert stated: "Certainly, the issuance of bonds and the emergence of its results, ie the start of buying shares by holdings and investment companies and creating a balance in large and small shares, will be among the effects of this action."

In response to a question about complementary measures for the full success of the project, he said: "It seems that the active and strong presence of market makers in all stocks by providing credit to these funds with long-term financing is a solution that Holdings and investment companies can be done. Also, increasing the range of price volatility and eliminating or reducing the base volume can quickly balance the market.

Omid Investments Bank, Deputy Minister of Investment and Market Development, added: "The issuance of these bonds will also bring little risk to issuers due to their long-term nature and allocation to buy low-risk stocks with low price-to-earnings ratios;" Therefore, this issue will not pose a particular risk to the market.
